Yes, Jerry Sanders had a bit of an ego. But Hector Ruiz? The company has done very well since he's taken over. Clearly your comment is dead wrong. Even the casual observer will recognize that.

"...has no idea what he's doing in running a multi billion dollar company..."

Please, don't discredit yourself with such obvious untruths. At least stick to the gray areas.
