Very different

You bought a device to play MP3's. It still does that.

They added functionality to buy music online and have that
player play it. The catch is, you must use the #1 music store.
So? If you don't want to buy music, the player will still play
MP3's....

If you want to switch players, you can convert your music to
MP3's very simply...

Compare that to M$, who forces you to buy a copy of Windows
with every computer sold, whether you ultimately put Linux on it
or something else. I really have no issue with bundling IE with
the OS - just means a stop to Mozilla.org to download a superior
browser. Same with WiMP - a stop to videolan.org for movies
and apple.com for iTunes. My issue with the bundling is that it
should be possible to completely remove IE/WiMP from the OS.
