Real turns blind eye to its own self destructiveness
Few ppl I've talked to about Real have had much love for what the products did, namely its tiers of installation, privacy concerns, handling of formats, and system resource bloat. I suppose the decline of a long standing player in the market is attributed not to a sole giant competitor but a factor of better competitors with less intrusive products and services, coupled with an overbearing self pimping Real arsenal of products: Player, Jukebox, One.

Here's a message for your message center Real, I dropped you solely on your own merits and your current whining won't increase your share of my marketspace. If I sat on your jury case against MS, I'd have to be excused from the list due to a predisposed nature to call you, your suit and your products of little merit.

As for the iPod, ppl will have their own issues, but the market is rich in diverse toteable media products. I got a Dell Jukebox, . . don't believe it plays your ra.s or anything else Real. Maybe Napster will, or won't?! My cd player don't know you either for sure. Maybe you should cobrand or manufacture your own "pod". Just don't let the activation/installation of it put off your consumers, anymore so than the last five or so years have.
