Dell needs to deliver on formfactor and styling
The conventional tower PC may not be dead, but it's certainly commodity. Dell needs to add styling and cater to the new consumer electronics growth opportunity before Apple, Sony and even HP take over this space.

A major push with Intel's V//V platform along with compeling styling will help.
