Uh....no!
Intel was most certainly *not* sitting on products...not when they were losing so much share to AMD over the past year. They were in some severe hurt, with their stock price losing 1/3 of its value. Remember - these execs are greedy. They aren't going to drop 1/3 of their worth if they can help it. Intel rushed to get these "done"...and time will tell whether the quality is in these products or not.
