Memory is paramount, too!
I did not realize I was supposed to totally forget about any previous articles here on ZDnet about how the Intel chip outperforms the AMD.

By forgeting about any prior stories related to the current one, I can then no longer put "2 and 2 together": I must abide by the point of view related in this article and this one alone.

If I could, I would then surmise that the true reason that AMD is doing this is: All was quiet until the latest results come out showing Intel not only took the lead again in processor sales, (based on an article here), but their new chip also out performs the latest from AMD (based on an article here).

So by remebering those articles, I can now wonder if that is the true reason behind it.
