I agree AMD is using the legal system for their benefit but they are merely exploiting a loop hole. Anyone can file a complaint and regulators are required to pursue.

This is a win-win for AMD. They deflect media attention away from Intel products, they get all the bleeding hearts in the favor and their name gets published. What is there not to like?

There is no such thing as bad publicity.
