It has been going on for years
Thats why this is such old news, even though it may be a new legal challenge. Intel sues AMD, AMD sues Intel, blah blah blah. Back and fourth they go. It has become rather boring and is rather pointless to watch. Neither ever truly wins these cases. I sometimes wonder if they really want to or are they just laying out legal precedent to keep other competitors out.
