NOw get rid of..
Baloney!!! I specified what I wanted on the machine and spent a subsequent 10 hours arguing with them about what I bought/didn't buy when the system arrived without the apporiate installed software OR the backup disks. It did not matter how many faxed order confirmation forms I sent them. If it got input wrong I was screwed.
