I feel that way, too. However, I like to think that with the SOTA being what it is today, and XP having this redundant, I feel better in control of my user experience and can un-install programmes sent (bundled) with the mainware, clean up lost clusters and HKLM entries with ease and then defrag my HD back to new. So its allright with me if Dell bundles "stuff" in their Shipped PCs, but to be certain, there are many of you that don't appreciate this nonsense included.

What you probably were not aware of was that when you built your system with a technician ON THE PHONE, that you can specify to that person taking your order (spoken: money) what you do and do not want included on the HD. That way you are certain to get only what you want installed and nothing more. now thats taking WYSIWYG to a whole new level of retail customer satisfaction!
