Dell's real problem
Their hardware sucks. I purchased a Dimension E510 and couldn't believe the absurd amount of rattling, humming, buzzing, etc. coming from the case. Couldn't focus on my work. They use "tool-free" construction, but don't do it right, so all over this thing flat plastic panels are resting very close to metal panels, or drives are sitting loosely in their cages.

Are they designing a Kazoo or a computer case?

In addition, drives in an E510 case can run hot, around 10-15 deg C hotter than they should for long life. This is the case they hype as having super cooling features.

I love their prices, but they really need to get their act together on their hardware design. It's pathetic.
