Works Both Ways.
Hey, it works both ways pal.

I've left 3 jobs voluntarily; each time getting a substantial pay raise in the process. It's the way things are. Things aren't going back to the lifelong pension days of the 50's. Don't whine about it. Use it to your advantage. At 4% unemployment, it can't be any more of an employees market.

Hey, if you don't like it and you'r good enough; go contract. Works great in software. Feature creap directly translates into new contract $$$. If the manager/customer is too dumb to communicate what they are looking for, you can do the bare minimum and finish early. Get paid for three months for one months work (best case).
