Raise prices? Lower prices? Maybe listen to customers instead
I like lower prices as much as the next person. What bothers me most about Dell is not their prices, but their poor quality, mediocre style and unimpressive design. Want AMD? Nope. Decent keyboard? They sell the best chinese keyboard that $1.99 will buy. Want LightScribe drives? Never heard of them. Don't try putting their laptops on your lap, or anywhere near flamable materials. Order a really large drive so they can put a ton of junkware on the system (but make you pay extra for a Windows CD). Dell, you have a long LONG way to go. I used to think you could never go wrong with a Dell (I bought 4 of them), but I would think very hard before ever considering them again.
