- That's exactly what I was thinking as I read the article. Never needing to compare prices, I don't know which way to go based on cost, but it makes more sense to me. The only thing I can see as a distinct advantage would be the ability to only have to pull one blade and replace it if the board goes down as opposed to replacing an entire server board.
