Don't forget the nano scratch issue

where the person (Jason Tomczak) that was front-and-center was put there (without his wishes or consent) by law firm(s) that have had direct ties to Microsoft (Gates' friend and anti-trust case).

Bergman is apparently also a close friend of Bill Gates.

I guess with all of Microsoft's legal problems it IS difficult to find a lawyer or firm that hasn't been touched by MS but...

Funny how that (nano) situation and this suit have worked...

I'm not claiming MS involvement is a fact but that the possibilty exists given what MS can gain (Apple going down) and it's overwhelming financial clout (read, lengthy trial and lawyers fees) vs Creative's weak (and worsening) bank account.

It's not as though MS is a saint when it comes to dealing with competitors or real or perceived threats to it's monopoly and goal of world (comp-tech) domination.

A leopard cannot change it's spots.... nor can MS with it's corporate philosophy and behaviour.
