You know I never actually mentioned MS by name...

Look if you do "something" once it's nothing. Perhaps a learning
experience or a mistake but you can't be painted with that
brush. You do it repeatedly in one form or another over the
entire history of your organization and well then it is not beyond
reason to state that one would not be surprised to find that
company X did it again. That was all I was saying. I would not
wake up tomorrow and be shocked to find that company X had
somehow slipped the lawyers for Creative a few incentive bucks.
