MS is not involved in some way.

Too many coincidences and up-sides for MS not to take an interest in any Apple (competitor) problems.

And all you have to do is look at the list of news items on a typical day to see that indeed MS is involved in almost everything happy (often 40, 50% or more or headlines contain/involve MS)

(IIRC, MS was found to have a backdoor involvement in the SCO case vs IBM.)

Along with MS's known propensity for questionable/unethical/illegal practices, it would be silly, foolish and derelict to at least not consider what MS is capable and/or likely of doing.

I find it ironic that many are accused of paranoia re MS intent and actions (despite it's history) when MS/Gates/Ballmer et al is possibly THE MOST paranoid (and obsessive) assemblage out there.

Paranoia breeds paranoia or is it MS is just ethically-challenged and inclined to do the questionable thing?
