Fans are not much in wattage draw
.4-.6 watts for a gpu fan
.8 watts for a cpu fan
1.2 watts for a 80mm fan
1.5 watts for a 120mm fan

I grafted a 80mm fan on the CPU heatsink.

And I have a fan on the front that blows in and a 120mm that sucks out along with two fans on the power supply. Also there is a side fan in the removable panel that blows in directly on the CPU area. The case is a Cooler Master.

1.2 + 1.2 + 1.2 + 1.2 + 1.2 + 1.5 = 7.5 watts total for the fans. The CPU is the biggest wattage draw in a computer. Around 63 watts for a XP2000 non overclocked cpu. So you better be interested in CPU power draw.
