Dell is going the way of Gateway
First their support went to hell, now their quality control is missing in action. Don't be surprised if your next Dell PC arrives a little worse for wear with badly assembled parts, scratched and damaged casing, missing software and documentation... I think Dell must be employing drunken prisoners on work release in their production line. There's no other explanation for it. Recently ordered a top of the line XPS unit and what I got wasn't suitable for a charitable contribution. It went right back to them and I'll never buy from Dell again. So. What's left? IBM?
