Don't put the cart before the horse
It would be like building high powered very low race cars and no smooth track to put them on. They don't even have a network to connect to or electricity to run a network. They are too far ahead of themselves with this.

Because we would be wasting our resources and providing them with something that doesn't fit their needs.

Maybe they should try them in the US first to see if they catch on. But all the humanitarians do not give a damn about their own country folks. But this is going to be subsidized by the taxpayer wasting everyones time. And the humanitarian will not be able figure this out. Let the feelgoods finance this like all the take a chance capitalists do. Soviet model always fail.
