So this is not about giving each child...
...a laptop, but some Linux zealot's anti-MS fantasy to boost Linux on the desktop. Can this guy not at least admit that he hates MS so much that this is really just an attmept at sticking it to MS.

I hate to break it to this guy, but when the real motive behind some feel-good fuzzyness is nothing more than your hatered for someone or something else, you will fail.

This is just another variation on the tired old this-is-the-year-of-Linux-on-the-desktop theme. We have seen this movie many times before. We know how it ends.
