What?! Mr. Grind did not call you some sort of name?
It is a trade secret until Apple decides otherwise. Further, I will
wager Mr. Grind's paltry pay check that the 'leaker' signed a NDA
as a Condition of Employment. He/she/it should be found and
terminated as per company policy.
Company policy is the company's to make.
All in all it just goes to show that once again, the Cal. court
system continues to protect the criminals; while proving in
general terms that this source protection ideal has gone way
overboard.
