Nah..... not hardly correct...
First, you are assuming that this website had something to do with the inappropriate acquistion of the information from Apple. We don't know that.

The fact that Apple lost control of some confidential information is not the problem of the journalistic or news site. They post information as they receive it..... that's their job. It's not their job to protect Apple, or Microsoft, or any other company.

That Apple would try to force the site to assist in it's internal investigation is in my opinion rather reprehensible.
