A bad employee is Apple's problem...
Not the courts or the blogger. I am as sympathetic as I can be with what happened to Apple. If I had an employee betray me I would be more than a little hot, but I accept that as an employer it goes with the territory.

Instead ot trying to ruin this blogger or taking on the courts they could and should have asked employees to take a polygraph, hired internal investigators, and basically handled an internal problem internally. WHat they have done here is mke themselve's look like real bung holes by suing a fan site.
