Good! except....
My _only_ problem with the outcome is that it's an _Apple Employee_ shooting their mouth (email). Apple should be able to protect themselves from moles! After all, there IS an employee agrement that was broken. One option would be to let an independent party compare the email to Apples employee list. If it's not an employee, Apple doesn't get the info.
