The court ruled that the blogger is no different than the NY Times who would in a minute print the sam thing as the blogger. The difference is that the NY Times has better lawyers than Apple and this case would have never gone to court. In fact the NY Times would laugh at Jobs for being an idiot.

What this ruling means is the THE INDIIDUAL has as much right to a printing press as the NY TIMES.
