When you can't keep up, SUE!
Turnabout is fair play, I suppose. Kodak was the recipient and loser of a nasty patent battle filed by Polaroid over instant photography technology, so now that Kodak holds the patents this time around...CALL THE LAWYERS!

Shame that such tactics only serve to hurt consumers. Kodak may have a right to their patents, but if they are unable to put out the sort of products that consumers want that utilize the underlying technologies defined by their patents (proven by just how poorly their products are received in the marketplace), then step aside and let better qualified entities do it right.
