these executives are trying to improve their "profit margin" on the cheap by round-about eminent domain like actions and forcing current users out.
It is akin to a corporation forcing you out of your home because it is more "valuable" as commercial property than residential.
We are USING less than 10% of the available spectrum but they don't want to be troubled to use what is available. Look at all the dozens of unused tv channels in each city.
