And if Juniper were SELLING a product named the Pepsi Router, you would have a point. (Of course, Juniper might be able to win such a court challenge in the same way that Apple Corporation won theirs.) However, as a Trademark infringement requires usage in commerce, it is a moot point for code names of products in development.
