Hey what ever they sell has their name and rep attached to it.
Dell sells in volume and in theory that is where they make their
money. So it should not matter who is calling them or what "class"
machine they are supporting it's all them in the end. Your
consumer class machine still represents a whole lot of buisness and
that should matter to Dell.
