Why is Dell doing poorly
I have lost many customers to Dell since 2000. Due to price and really good salesmen with great promises. A large number of them are coming back as their workstations age and need to be replaced. The reasons are the poor customer support, the fact that when they called support they got India, and one case they have had a failed awaiting replacement rate of 20 to 30% at all times.
