- RE: Time to realize
-
You are right, they need to do a maker over on their equipment. The style becoming more tacky looking as time goes on. Look at what Dell did, about 3 years ago they went from white boxes with tiny dell logo's on the front to black metal and blue plastics or blue aluminum. To top if off with they now carry giant stamped dell logo's embossed on the side on the most recent pc's.
The only sony products that have any variation from the classic chrome silver are the palm pilots which can come in blue instead of silver. But that's it!!!
Also, it's not longer a high-end, high-cost product market anymore. With PC's down to just $500 for a complete system, who wants to pay Thoundsands for a TV anymore? They should be looknig into making sets they have now cheaper to dropping the price slighty to increase profits. - Posted by: ajapierce Posted on: 10/28/03 You are currently: a Guest | Members login | Terms of Use
