Well in general I'm not a fan of all this patent nonsense.
I don't know about Creative's line of MP3 players but hey if you
say they are nice so be it....I'll take you at your word and hope
that Creative figures that there are two sides to this equation.
The hardware is one and taking your word for it I assume they've
got that one down. Now they must figure the other side out.
Still I tend to doubt this SCO type ploy.

I admit I don't know all the details and will wait for it to work it's
way out. Still like I said at the start of this post I'm very hesitant
to embrace the patent thing cause too many times in the past it
seems a bit shadey at best.
