Unlike MS lemmings...
who think or claim MS does no wrong (despite year after year of endless law suits and damning evidence).

MS has actively backed music sites and any one (soft/hard ware) willing to use MS media technology (ie, willing to spread the MS media gospel). Do you honestly believe MS might not be behind this purely coincidentally timed law suit announcement?

Note "For the first time, Microsoft has led a coordinated effort so that the Windows Media Player, the Urge music store and the latest MP3 players by iRiver, Samsung and Creative Zen were largely designed together." Right... no direct connection there.
