Isn't it quite the coincidence
that, even though mention was made last year of Creative contemplating going after interface patents, that this latest salvo and suit announcement against Apple and the iPod occurs just as Microsoft is releasing it's supposed "iPod/iTunes killer" WMP 11 and (MTVs) Urge music store.

That and/or the fact Creative, despite boasts and bravado, is losing even more in it's mp3 player battle vs Apple.

If you can't beat 'em...
