I heard somewhere Siemens or SimpleTech... or something similar have recently released 8GB flash cards. The cost was in the thousands. If memory serves right, it was around 5000+ dollars.

But don't worry, MS with their huge market influence, mass production, and loads of money will get the right discounts to make it affordable to the average customer. Maybe they will take a huge loss so they can penetrate the market wink
