You miss the point
You miss the point entirely. I'm talking about the destruction that the entertainment industry is causing themselves. Like taking a sledge hammer to crush a fly on kitchen counter. Chances are you didn't get the fly and what do you have left. A damaged kitchen counter. Continuing with this will destroy you home and what have you gained, a few less flies. Not likely as every hole punched in the wall means more flies.

I definitely would not like to have any investments dealing with the entertainment industry. They are destroying themselves in an attempt to get a few pirates that cost them much less than what they are trying to do get rid of these pirates.

It's TV after all, useless for the most part. I haven't seen a decent TV show in over 5 years and it's just getting worse.

They fear tampering with the European market. Now that's funny! I have many European friends, they don't watch TV. At least not we do in North America.

They fear pirating of TV over P2P. That's a joke. Joe Pirate doesn't care about that, they will just get the channels free of charge. It's just so silly! And the MPAA wants to spend millions to fix a minor problem.
