"sharing" stolen content
Um...

First off if I buy a CD or DVD it is not stolen content.

If I take a CD or DVD I paid for and play it for a friend then I am not sharein stolen content. I am sharing something I bought and paid for so it belongs to ME! My friend is not stealing because I OWN that CD/DVD now and can play it for anyone I want.

Now if I play the CD/DVD out in public for a bunch of strangers I am not sharing stolen content because I bought and paid for so it belongs to ME! The strangers are not stealing because I OWN that CD/DVD now and can play it for anyone I want.

If I copy that CD/DVD to my harddrive and allow others to listen/view it when it is convient to them I am not sharing stolen content because I bought and paid for so it belongs to ME!
