Man, if they were treated as people, they wouldn't be able to declare bankruptcy. Part of that "reform" that's supposed to make the consumers more responsible... seems a corporation can be excluded.
Funny how corporations can declare and get around their moral obligations and people can't.
I wish I was a corporation. Then I could be as irresponsible as I wanted then do a cheap end-run around the creditors in the name of "responsibility".
