Has nothing to do with jealousy
GM sells the most cars/trucks in the world. Would you call them a quality manufacturer of cars?

Kia sells more cars than Porsche, would you say Porsches are of lower quality? Being big does not equal quality.

I've been on the service side of the business and see what crap Dell, GW, CPQ/HP spew out and it is sickening. Try explaining to a user why their Dell needs a specific power supply at a cost of close to $50 for the part when a generic is sitting on the shelf for $25.

Or sitting down at a Dell, clicking the start menu and bring the machine to a halt because the 128MB de-celeron/shared memory video in there is so slow that it can't cope with basic commands.

Sorry, I've seen both sides of the fence and saying Dell=Quality is like saying a Kia is as good as a Porsche.
