which model?
cause many times defects can be traced back to a certain model, or even a series. we've got several latitude d400's here nad none of them are having any issues.

i meant the quality of their service... i've bought over 20K worth of product from them, to wait several months for shipment despite my clerk trying to call and email the sales rep. when we finally got it, we recieved the order three times with three bills...
