Need help
I purchased a dell computer from the consumer side in Nov. 2004. Since purchase I have had the keyboard replaced, the printer replaced twice, finally sent that back to them & now about to receive a 2nd tower. The replacement tower was a refurbishment. Now they claim they will send me a totally new tower. I have had countless phone calls & promises. They say they will call back never do. I have yet to hear from them about the replacement. They say if I return the system now they will discount my refund 30%. Is this a normal practice for computer companies. I would like to try to contact Michael dell so he can observe first hand the treatment we are getting from his outsourcing. There is a website that I found called gripes againt dell computers. In that site is states that if you purchase a dell computer from the business side you get more attention from the US. Is this a fare way to do business.

I have a small business from home & in the last 4 months since my purchase I have lost money because of all my problems with my lemon computer.
