There is OO for windows too.
Or ABI or any other free choice out there. Not only that OO will run faster on Windows than linux. But think of all the professional programs out there that will run on Windows when they can afford them. But you and I know these people need food, clothing and shelter first. Just another corporate ploy to play the role of humanitarian and make a buck at it.
