Personally, torn but rather have a notebook
Whether an ultralight or just a plain ole notebook, for the money I'd rather spend it on a notebook with seemingly more capabilities. To get the functionality I would want in a handheld, I'd either still front a lot of cash upfront or continually buy addons, and not necessarily be happy. Yeah, it'd require lugging around a heavier device, but it would be full computing on the go. Contact managers, mp3 players, video, hi res gaming, wired/wireless connectivity, keyboard more suited to bigger fingers, etc etc. If it weren't a cash issue, it'd be both. Best wishes to those with and considering to get a handheld.
