Dubious move...

1) About Intel stock buy-backs: you do realize this is because they need to prop up the price, don't you? Look at it - it's about $0.70 above its 52-week low right now, and if you look at the 5-year chart, you'll see alot of fluctuation and no upward trend. Contrast that with AMD's current price, 1-year, and 5-year charts.

2) Why the name calling ("for a idiot like you")? First off, you realize the correct grammar would be "an idiot", not "a idiot", don't you? Secondly, with the current trends in silicon and microprocessor companies, it would not be wise to invest based on dividends, but on who is growing revenues, and who has the most upcoming upside on stock price. Otherwise, you will likely find that the losses in share price outstrip your dividends per share.
