Oh my God.
puuuuuuhleeeeeeze. If you say that one more time your mouth is going to stay like that...didn't your Mama tell you anything.

Windows is targeted heavily by criminals. But why is that an windows problem and not a law enforcement issue? If your home is robbed, will your daily paper right up a story about about how horrible your security is, and the editorials will be full of venomous comments about how you didn't have full "goverment" level security installed? (unix/linux security = Goverment/tax dollar security).
Give it up. The internet is a network. Good network management does not call for the endpoints to be the first line of defense. Isn't that a bit crazy? Would you ever build a network for a company that only had security at the endpoints? I hope not. Why can't the ISPs and other major government internet installations running their secure Unix/Linux machines take on the responsibility of at least filtering out most spam and certainly any viruses encountered. This would have the effect of freeing up a ton of bandwidth on the internet and everyone could quit making the same lame jokes about Microsoft they've been making for years (with the same zest and enjoyment apparently) and get the hell back to work. MS gives you, by far, the most productive environment so instead of complaining, get those Apache webservers and Unix/Linux servers that dominate the internet infrastructure to do some work instead of just acting as passive software devices. That way the most productive OS in the world can allow it's legions of fans and users to get even more work done. Get 'er done.
