Instead of doing any work ourselves, why do we not sit around thinking of all the work other people could be doing and then sue them for doing it, whenever we spot them at it.
I went to my garage last week, and the guy who serviced my car almost got away with charging me for his time, but then I showed him the bit of paper I had written that morning, in which I /showed/ that I had, in fact, thought about him doing that work earlier that in the day - before he had any nootion of doing so, in fact - and so actually it was /I/, not /he/, who had first claim over the /idea/ of him servicing my car...
I have to say, he acted pretty surprised, when I first put this proposition to him, but he did have the grace to laugh about it, once he'd dfinally stopped kicking me
.
