the Core Duo (Yonah) are very nice chips, performing very well and even standing up to desktop AMD chips. In about 5 months We'll see even better chips out of intel, making AMD play catch up. Knowing AMD, Intel wont keep the lead for very long though.
Anyone who buys a P4 core based chip is getting a bit ripped off though, but some people buy a whole ocmputer system as a package for everything it comes with (including service) and raw CPU performance is just one minor factor. - Posted by: doh123 Posted on: 04/28/06 You are currently: a Guest | Members login | Terms of Use
