Interesting is right!
You seem to forget that AMD has a loyal following thats seems to growing larger and larger with time. Intel has been leaving a bad taste in enthusiast's mouth for a long time. Now it seems that Network IT admins are getting some of that 'bad' taste. The old 'Intel is more reliable' mantra is getting old. We'll see if a 'better' product will pull them out of the current downturn. And even if the new architecture proves to be superior, my prediction is it'll only be for a little while as the 'little company that could' would more than likely strike back with a vengeance like they did with the Athlon 64.
