For every American engineer to graduate this year there will 20 Indian engineers. For those who are old enough to remember "Made is Japan" meant a copied second rate poorly designed poorly made product. Look at Japanese products now. When India and China do join the second world countries, will we be buying Tata Chips simply because they are better Intel or AMD. Do we know how much of the advanced design work is being done in India for AMD or Intel?
